Robertsbridge Neighbourhood Plan

The Leisure working group is finding out what new or improved community and recreational facilities you need or would like in the areas of sports, access, arts and social.

Salehurst and Robertsbridge already has a host of sports and social clubs, but now is the opportunity to plan how these, and possibly others can grow over the next decade and beyond. With the number of new homes Robertsbridge will have to provide, there will be funds paid to the Parish Council for new infrastructure projects.

There have been a number of ideas from previous consultations: more and improved footpaths, bridleways and cycle paths; a skate park; and an off-road bike park. Plus there will be another 155 or so households looking for leisure opportunities in the village, so we need to think how we can accommodate them.
